I am very excited to be a part of the West Creek Middle School team. Originally, I earned a BA in English and Professional Writing in hopes of becoming an editor. However, when I began the MA in English program at Austin Peay State University, I realized how exciting it was to help people become better writers and more confident students. Thus, after graduating, I decided to earn my teaching certificate, so I could help people at a younger age to become avid readers and effective writers. I hope my students will use their growing reading and writing skills to lead the pack.
