I am excited to be starting my 13th year teaching 6th grade Social Studies at WCMS on the Wiley Coyotes team! I graduated from APSU in 2008 with a Bachelors in History and a Minor in Secondary Education. In December 2010, I received a Masters degree from Walden University specializing in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment. Fun Facts: I have a daughter named Kelsey, dog named Andy, and a rabbit named Sampson! I love the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team and have a large collection of My Little Ponies.

As a teacher, my goal is to inspire and motivate my students to believe in themselves and to challenge themselves to reach their full potential.
