With 14 years of education experience and a robust educational leadership background, I have served as an English Language Arts Teacher, Teacher Cadet Instructor, Assistant Principal, and Athletic Director. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my educational contributions, including being named Teacher of the Year, Reading Teacher of the Year, and receiving the District-Wide Outstanding First-Year Teacher of the Year award.
After graduating from Houston County High School in 2006, I attended Austin Peay State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in English Education. In 2017, I completed my Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership at Carson Newman University, where I earned my Ed.S. in Administrative Leadership. I am currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Administrative Leadership, focusing my research on teacher satisfaction, demoralization, and resilience. I will defend my dissertation in January 2025 and graduate as Dr. Chelsea Clack in May 2025.
