Hello! I'm Rachel Stephens, and I am an Interventionist and Special Education Case Manager. This is my fifth year serving students with CMCSS at the West Creek complex🩶❤️. Before becoming an educator, I served as a Logistics Specialist in the United States Navy. I earned my bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Akron and my master's degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.

I have experience supporting students in middle and high school inclusion settings, as well as high school comprehensive development. Helping students build confidence, discover their strengths, and make meaningful progress is what I love most about teaching.

Outside of school, I stay busy with my husband, our two children, and our two dachshunds, Moose and Rocky 🐾. I run on cold brew coffee, documentaries, and a passion for learning new ways to support students.

    1. Teacher-student talk. If this doesn't correct the problem,

    2. Teacher-student talk and discussion with parents. If this doesn't correct the problem,

    3. Administrative Referral.
