I was born in Connecticut and my family moved to Florida during my junior year of high school. While in Florida, I attended St. Petersburg Junior College and received my Associate in Arts Degree. I then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of South Florida. After serving as the math subject area leader at Davidsen Middle School in Tampa, FL I returned to USF and completed a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Secondary Education).Middle schoolers are my favorite people and I enjoy working with them everyday. I use our math classroom to help students grow as people, increase their work ethic and professionalism as well as help them to become critical thinkers so that they will positively contribute to our society when they are grown. I am looking forward to a great school year.
