Hello! My name is Joanna VanBelkum, and I have been teaching since 2007. I currently serve as an Academic Coach, where I enjoy supporting teachers and students in their educational journeys. As a military spouse, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work in many different schools and states, giving me a unique perspective and allowing me to learn from and connect with many different communities.

Outside of education, I have a love of reading and sewing. I also enjoy spending time at the lake with my family. My husband, Jason, and I are the proud parents of three daughters, who are now either in college or beyond. I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped my career and family, and I am especially proud to be a West Creek Coyote!
