2021-22 Middle School Sports

If your child is interested in playing any school sponsored sports next year (cross county, girls volleyball, basketball) they must have an updated sports physical dated after after April 15, 2021. Click on the link below for all paperwork they must be submitted to the school before students are allowed to try-out or participate in any school sponsored sports next year. Sports physical must be filled out by a medical professional.
